sharEvery® SmArTiEs Club (SSC): Empowering Children for the Future
The sharEvery® SmArTiEs Club (SSC) is a specialized branch of sharEvery® established in 2021 with the mission to empower children in communication, leadership, and future-readiness. Since its inception, SSC has consistently introduced innovative projects that nurture young learners’ skills, confidence, and personal growth.
Key Projects and Initiatives under SSC:
1. The SEEK (sharEvery® English Education for Kids’)
Launched: July–December 2023
Objective: Strengthen English communication for children.
Impact: Benefited around 40 students in a 6-month program covering various language and communication concepts.
Mentor: Coach Shruthi GK (Karnataka).
Highlight: Successfully completed as the first structured project under SSC.
2. The SEEK Pro
Launched: 2024
Focus: Advanced Communication Skills through two learning cycles—Teaching Sessions and Practical Sessions.
Modules Covered:
- Soft Skills Enhancement
- Listening
- Speaking
- Reading
- Writing
- Avoiding Redundancy in LSRW
Mentors:
- Coach Shruthi GK (Karnataka)
- Coach Sujatha Balaji (Telangana)
Impact: Around 30 students enrolled in this budget-friendly 6-month course, with excellent feedback from parents and children.
3. The SEEK Charity
Launched: 2024
Vision: Provide free communication and language education to underserved schools.
Reach: Adopted 7 schools across 5 states—Andhra Pradesh, Telangana, Karnataka, Tamil Nadu, and Maharashtra—impacting 90+ children in both private and government schools.
Modules Covered:
- Verbal Mastery (Coach Arumugam, Tamil Nadu)
- Non-Verbal Mastery (Coach Shruthi GK, Karnataka)
- Language Foundations (Coach Sangeetha Jagadeesh, Karnataka)
- Language Enrichment (Coach Sandra Almeida, Maharashtra)
Recognition: Both mentors and learners were honored with ISO 21001 certificates.
4. The OFSS (Online Free Summer School) Project
Launched: 2025
Format: A 42-day free online course offering 16 learning concepts.
Team: 32 mentors from across the world.
Participation: Over 60 children enrolled in 2 learning batches.
Certification: All mentors and students received a free ISO 21001 certificate.
Leadership: Directed by Coach Suresh Babu Bandekar (Telangana).
Highlight: Organized and executed in a highly structured and professional manner.
5. The CFC (Career Foundation Course)
Launched: June 2025 – Ongoing until December 2025
Purpose: Prepare children for future career paths through practical learning.
Modules & Mentors:
- Mind Mapping & SWOT Analysis – Coach Shruthi GK, Karnataka
- Exploring Career Interests & Personality Assessments – Coach Vanisri, Karnataka
- Goal Setting & Action Planning – Coach Sandra Almeida, Maharashtra
- Understanding Different Career Pathways – Coach Preeti Dhavle, Zambia
Impact: Children are actively engaging and greatly benefiting from structured mentoring in career readiness.

- Providing globally recognized ISO 21001 certifications to both mentors and learners.
