At sharEvery® Academy, we believe that true inspiration comes from shared experiences and meaningful connections. Through EventHorizone (Inspiring Voices), we conduct in-person events and annual gatherings that bring together leaders, educators, and community builders from across the globe. These events are designed to equip, inspire, and empower our community while advancing the vision and mission of sharEvery®.

In-Person Events:

We host yearly in-person events by inviting esteemed guests from different countries to share their journeys and inspire the community.

 

📌2023 – UNCONFERENCE (Bangalore, India 🇮🇳)
Guest: Dr. Sarah Ramaiah (USA)
A one-day gathering of 60 sharEverians, featuring the first-ever in-person Advance Meeting, capacity-building sessions, and community engagement.

📌2024 – 4th Annual Formation Day (Visakhapatnam, India 🇮🇳)
Guests: Coach Rashmi Rathi & Ms. Rashmith Rathi (Mauritius 🇲🇺)
Highlights included community-building activities, an orientation session for school children in collaboration with Ramakrishna High School, and the launch of the Trail by Fire initiative—an inspiring platform for members to share their journeys and support sharEvery®’s growth.

📌2025 – 1st International Leadership Conference & 5th Annual Day (Hyderabad, India 🇮🇳)
Theme: “The Power of We”
Event Guests: Coach Christopher Hampton (USA), Dr. Sasha E. Butler (USA), Coach Alonita Doctor (Philippines)
Day 1 featured an International Leadership Conference, while Day 2 hosted the Annual Day Celebrations at Word and Deed School, where inspiring talks and engaging activities were conducted for children.

📌2026 – Upcoming 6th Annual Formation Day & 2nd International Leadership Conference (Nellore, India 🇮🇳)

Annual Formation Days:

Since 2021, sharEvery® has celebrated Annual Formation Days to honour guest speakers, share inspiring milestones, and strengthen community bonds.

2021–2023: Conducted online, connecting leaders worldwide.

2024 onwards: Expanded into in-person gatherings, making the events more impactful and engaging.

CBOTY – Community Builder of the Year Award:

Launched to recognize outstanding service and leadership, the CBOTY Award honours both international and domestic leaders who have made significant contributions to sharEvery®.

Take U Turn – A Community Writing Project:

In 2023, sharEvery® launched Take U Turn, a collaborative book-writing initiative to encourage aspirants in showcasing their writing skills.

10 writers and 2 supporting writers from sharEvery® SmArTiEs Club (SSC) contributed.

The book introduced four inspiring characters—Sita, Rama, Akash, and Tara—woven into an emotional, motivational story.

Officially launched at the 4th Annual Formation Day (Visakhapatnam) by Professor Dr. Bala Mohandas.

This initiative marked a milestone in empowering community members as authors and storytellers.

RwithR Podcast (Rendezvous with Rambabu):

The RwithR Podcast, hosted by Coach Rambabu (Founder & CEO, sharEvery®), is a one-on-one interview series featuring inspiring guest speakers worldwide.

35 episodes completed, with 10+ upcoming episodes in queue.

🗣️A special series titled “The Bull 🐂 and The Bison 🦬” featuring Dr. Smiley Elmore and Coach Tiara Crawford (USA) will be launched soon.

This platform amplifies voices of inspiration, leadership, and transformation, connecting global leaders with the sharEvery® community.
