At sharEvery® Academy, we strongly believe that community empowerment is the cornerstone of sustainable growth. Through our ImpactHub (Community Engagement) initiatives, we introduce and conduct innovative projects that are designed to uplift learners, educators, professionals, and communities across the globe. Each initiative is carefully crafted to foster leadership, communication, and professional excellence, while providing every participant with meaningful recognition and growth opportunities.

In alignment with international standards, all speakers and learners are honoured with ISO 21001 certified participation certificates, ensuring credibility and global recognition of their efforts.

LEAD Project – (Leadership Education Accelerating Development):

The LEAD Project is one of the most prestigious initiatives launched by sharEvery® in collaboration with the Gordon Leadership Academy, USA. Introduced in May 2024, the project was designed to honour and equip professionals with advanced leadership knowledge and global credentials.
- 25 highly dedicated professionals participated in this six-month program.
- Each trainer was certified jointly by sharEvery® Foundation and the Gordon Leadership Foundation, USA.
- Six internationally experienced trainers from the Gordon Leadership Foundation served as mentors, guiding each module with excellence.
- The project concluded successfully in December 2024 with a remarkable Online Graduation Ceremony, celebrating the achievement of the new Global Certified Trainers.
- This project not only elevated the leadership standards of the participants but also set a benchmark for global collaboration in leadership education.

SEED – sharEvery® English Education Drive 2025:

The SEED Project represents sharEvery®’s commitment to enhancing English communication and professional development in schools. It is a six-month school adoption initiative, running from July to December 2025, focused on both students and staff.
- Adopted Institution: Santhinikethan English Medium High School, Ananthasagaram, Nellore District, Andhra Pradesh, India 🇮🇳.
- Lead Mentor: Coach Sunitha Siva (USA).
- Structure: Four sessions per month – the first three Fridays for students and the fourth Friday dedicated to teachers.
- Areas of Impact: English communication, classroom interaction, leadership development, and professional growth.
- The SEED Project aims to prepare students and educators for the future global stage by promoting English—the language in which the world’s collective knowledge is preserved and shared.

SMAC – sharEvery® Module Authors Committee:

The SEED Project represents sharEvery®’s commitment to enhancing English communication and professional development in schools. It is a six-month school adoption initiative, running from July to December 2025, focused on both students and staff.

SMEC – sharEvery® Magazine Executive Committee:

The SMEC Project is dedicated to launching the official sharEvery® Magazine, envisioned as a platform for global reach, knowledge exchange, and recognition.
- Eight core committee members were selected: four representing the domestic sector and four representing the international community.
- The magazine will highlight educational insights, leadership ideas, success stories, and community impact initiatives.
- This project serves as a powerful medium to connect sharEvery® with the world while showcasing the inspiring work of our learners and leaders.

Free IELTS Platform:

Recognizing the aspirations of students and professionals to study or settle in English-speaking countries, sharEvery® introduced the Free IELTS Platform.
- 42 sessions conducted free of cost.
- Guided by Coach English Aasan (Sri Lanka), a highly experienced IELTS trainer.
- Focus on achieving the best possible band scores by strengthening listening, reading, writing, and speaking skills.
- This initiative provides learners with expert guidance at zero cost, making international opportunities more accessible.

Mentor–Mentee ONE-on-ONE Program (2022)

- In 2022, sharEvery® pioneered the Mentor–Mentee ONE-on-ONE Program to foster personalized training and global networking.
- Six pairs of mentors and mentees were formed.
- Three pairs from India and three pairs from outside India participated.
- The program emphasized direct learning, guidance, and professional mentorship tailored to each mentee’s goals.
- This initiative created a lasting impact by building cross-cultural relationships and individualized growth pathways.
